You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as your order is placed; our team will dispatch it as quickly as possible.

If you have not received the parcel within the time-frames below, contact us at info@gng.la with your order number so we can investigate immediately.

GNG.LA is not responsible for delivery errors caused by incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

During collection drops, Black Friday and Christmas peak periods, delivery times may extend slightly.

If your order is still unfulfilled and you wish to cancel, e-mail info@gng.la. Cancellations are only available for unfulfilled orders.

All taxes and duties are prepaid for EU shipments and for the United Kingdom, Norway & Switzerland.

For other destinations, local import duties may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
